The Taurus TX22 is a well reviewed .22LR plinker. This unit was bought after trying a 1st gen compact unit and this didn't disappoint. The full size gun racks easy and the trigger is a little mushy but after the take-up ( from the weird action of the trigger pivot) is taken up, the trigger is fairly light and pulls smooth. I put a mix of all sorts of 22 ammo through the gun and other than the quiet 22 CCI, everything worked like normal. I added s Primary Arms Classic Series 21mm Micro Reflex Sight. It screws right down and aims nice. there was almost no zeroing needed. It is a great combo for friends and family shooting and some action shooting if you want to have zero recoil. Buy it worry free and enjoy!
