At Impact Guns, we've been selling firearms since 1992 and we know you have choices. If you find a lower price on the same item from an authorized dealer, we'll match it — no hassle, no runaround. Submit a price match request before you complete your purchase and we'll take care of it.

How to Request a Price Match

  1. Find the lower price from an authorized online or retail dealer who has the item in stock.
  2. Contact us — use our contact form, email us at sales@impactguns.com, call 800-917-7137, or start a live chat.
  3. Include the details — the competitor’s name, the exact item, and the price you found.
  4. We’ll confirm and match it — if it qualifies, we adjust your price before you check out.

What Qualifies for a Price Match

  • The item must be identical — same manufacturer, model, caliber, and configuration.
  • The competitor must be an authorized dealer — a licensed FFL retailer for firearms, or an authorized retailer for accessories and ammunition.
  • The item must be in stock at the competitor and available for immediate purchase.
  • The price must be the listed product price — we match the item price, not a price resulting from a coupon code, membership discount, or limited-time flash sale.

What Isn’t Covered

  • Auction sites (GunBroker, eBay) or private party listings
  • Closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales
  • Open-box, used, or consignment items
  • Prices that require a club membership or loyalty program enrollment
  • Typographical errors or misprinted prices
  • Items subject to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) restrictions — though on MAP items, contact us anyway as we may be able to help at checkout
