The Sharps Bros Heatseeker is a sub-2 lb chassis that converts a Savage 110 short-action rifle into a magazine-fed system without gunsmithing. The chassis body is machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum, and the 14" handguard (about 10 oz) has M-LOK slots on four sides plus two QD sling sockets per side; both are finished in matte black Cerakote. A standard AR-15 grip interface and AR buffer-tube interface accept the grip and stock of your choice. It feeds from AICS-pattern short-action magazines from Magpul and Accuracy International. Fit is listed for third-generation Savage 10/110 short actions with 4.40" action screw spacing, produced in 2006 or later.
