This KAK bolt carrier group pairs an M16 full-auto profile carrier with a Carpenter 158 (C158) steel bolt for AR-15 rifles in 5.56 NATO and 300 Blackout. The carrier is 8620 steel, heat treated, ground and chrome lined with a phosphate finish. The bolt is machined from one piece of C158, shot peened, magnetic particle inspected and phosphate finished, and the firing pin is precision-ground, chrome-plated 8740 steel. It uses a one-piece billet extractor, a phosphate cam pin, S7 tool steel ejector and extractor pins, and a 4130 gas key that is staked over Grade 8 T25 screws and sealed with gasket sealant. The carrier is KAK marked. It is machined and assembled in house by KAK Industry in Missouri.
