This is the KAK K-SPEC Enhanced AR-15 carrier with its gas key installed; the bolt, cam pin, firing pin and retaining pin are sold separately. The carrier works with any direct impingement AR-15 bolt. It is cut to the M16 full-auto profile with angled sand-cut rails that push fouling and debris away from contact surfaces, and its gas relief ports are moved under the carrier to vent through the magazine well rather than toward the shooter's face. The carrier is 8620 steel with rails, bolt bore and gas bore ground to .0002 inch, chrome lined with a phosphate finish, and the 4130 gas key is secured with T25 Torx screws and hydraulically staked. It weighs about 9.5 ounces. It is machined and assembled in house by KAK Industry in Missouri.
