Heavy but a monster of a handgun
This gun was a dream for me when I was living in California. But when I moved to Utah and finally got to shoot it at the range, I fell in love even more. It shoots level, I pick up the sights quickly, and its ability to accept a red dot makes it more valuable. My only gripe is that it is not a light gun. But it prevents me from over shooting when I move from target to target so it could be a plus more than a detriment in that regard.

Really really like it!
Bought this gun and put a RMR red dot sight on it and it instantly became my favorite gun. I love the controls on it and have no complaints. The 3 15 round mags you get with it along with the case it comes in is nothing short of awesome.

One of my favorite handguns
Extremely high quality firearm. Excellent accuracy and features. Once I put o-ring on under the thread protector it was perfect.

No Regrets!
I bought this in January 2013 during the fear of gun control and magazine caps. I just happened into Impact and my eyes locked onto it as I was walking through the door. I had been thinking about this or the HK tactical USP. I held the full sized USP and could not actuate the slide release without changing my grip, I feel like I have pretty big hands. I just wanted to get my hands on this piece and I was impressed with the magazine count in a .45. When I put my grip on this I LOVED it. I can reach all the functions with my grip hand without moving my grip. That was the decider between this and the HK. I decided to go ahead because I was afraid I would never see it again, Thanks to the CCW Congress woman herself Diane Feinstein. I LOVE to shoot this, I love the feel. It is more accurate than I am, I'm at best an enthusiast skill level. I caught hell for buying it and paying more for this than my "scary" "military style" AR15. I am very impressed with FN and plan to buy a regular FNX .40 in the future. I would sell two of my other guns to buy this if I were forced to choose. If you have the money, you will love this pistol.
