How do I get on the waiting list? Place your order online or call Impact Guns. Online orders are time and date stamped. Your place on the waiting list begins when your order is complete- i.e. when you have specified a local FFL dealer, and we have a copy of the FFL on file. (FAXED copies are acceptable FAX to 801 393 2476, include your order number or name). At that point we move your order to the waiting list. Your advance order is Priority One, and we promise our best efforts to complete this transaction in a smooth and honest manner. Why do I have to send an FFL if the gun won't be shipped until a future date? The fact that you send us an FFL is an indication that you understand the process of ordering a firearm online. This prevents us from putting unqualified orders ahead of yours. Are there a lot of orders in front of me? This changes often. This is an extremely popular item. You may call to review your place in line before placing your order. When do you expect to deliver? Deliveries are slow, small numbers of the rifle are shipping on a sporadic basis from FN. What about a deposit? We require a $200.00 deposit at the time the order is placed. This is a non-refundable deposit. We will treat this as a layaway order, with an open delivery. How firm is the price? It is possible the price could change by the time your firearm arrives. So as is typical with some items, when the final product is ready for delivery, the price will be reviewed and is subject to change. We will update this item, and we will alert you as to when your card will be charged.
