This Breakthrough Clean brass shotgun rod adapter lets you use standard #8-32 threaded cleaning rods and cables with 5/16"-27 threaded shotgun cleaning accessories, such as bore brushes and mops sized for shotgun bores. It's a simple, durable fix for shooters whose cleaning kit rods and shotgun-specific attachments don't share the same thread pitch, so you can keep using the accessories you already own instead of buying a whole new kit.
