Designed to be used with the RCBS Accessory Handle or on the RCBS Trim Mate Case Prep Center. Utilizes a carbide cutter to square the bottom of the primer pocket and uniform the primer pocket depth. Allows the handloader to easily seat primers to a consistent depth for reliable ignition.
