    Bond arms roughneck 45 acp

I enjoy the roughneck. barrels in a 2 1/2 inch length I have are 45 colt, 45 acp & 22 LR. Also purchased 3 1/2 inch barrel chambered for 3” 410/ 45 colt. Also purchased extended rubber grips. The 45 colt, 45 ACP and 410 barrels are not pleasant to shoot. These barrels are right on the verge of stinging your hand. Of course the 22 LR barrel it’s very pleasant to shoot a lot of fun. The trigger pull on my gun weighed 4 lbs. 7 oz. As measured with luman and trigger pull gauge. Lots of creep in the trigger. The extended grips with your lower you to get three fingers on the gun as opposed to two fingers really help with managing the firearm And do not seem to make the Derringer much harder to conceal. While not my choice for primary carry, most of the time, it does serve as a great back up or tacklebox gun . Having purchased one of the bond BAD holsters,. I am quite satisfied with the holster. Do keep in mind Accessories are pricey for this gun. Proper grip on the gun and using the pad of your finger to pull the trigger it is very important. The trigger pivots therefore requiring that the trigger be pulled down and back rather than just back Make sure you check the manual on the procedures for dry firing and pressing the trigger.
