AR-556 MPR (Multi-Purpose Rifle) features an eighteen inch nitrided alloy steel barrel with rifle-length gas system, a 15 inch M-LOK free float handguard, the two-stage Ruger Elite 452 AR-Trigger. Magpul MOE grip and MOE SL collapsible buttstock on a mil-spec buffer tube. Flattop upper is constructed from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum; includes forward assist, dustcover and brass deflector. Type III hard coat anodized finish. Ruger muzzle brake with a radial port design. Threaded at 1/2-28 tpi. Includes one 30-round Magpul PMAG.
Lower receiver is fitted with Magpul® MOE® grip and MOE SL® collapsible buttstock on a Mil-Spec buffer tube.
Handguard is free-floated for accuracy and the slim, 15" length provides enhanced ergonomics.
Bolt is mil-spec 9310 and is machined and shot peened for strength and durability.
The Ruger® Elite 452® AR-Trigger is a two-stage trigger that offers a smooth, crisp, 4.5 pound trigger pull. It features a full-strength hammer spring for consistent primer ignition and a lightweight hammer that enables a faster lock time for improved accuracy.
Magpul® M-LOK® accessory attachment slots along the 3:00, 6:00 and 9:00 positions with additional slots on the angled faces near the muzzle.
Ruger® muzzle brake is a radial port design that significantly reduces felt recoil and muzzle movement. The threaded barrel allows for standard muzzle accessories to be installed.
Cold hammer-forged 4140 chrome-moly steel barrel with ultra-precise rifling provides exceptional accuracy, longevity and easy cleaning. The 1:8" twist rate stabilizes bullets from 35 to 77 grains, and the 5.56 NATO chamber allows the use of both 5.56 NATO and .223 Rem. ammunition. M4 feed ramps provide improved reliability, and the matte black nitrided finish provides corrosion resistance.
Made from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum forging, the flat top upper receiver includes a forward assist, dust cover and brass deflector, and is Type III hard-coat anodized for maximum durability.
Bolt carrier and gas key have chrome-plated inside diameters to provide exceptional resistance to hot gases. The gas key is staked so that it will not loosen after extensive firing.
Rifle-length gas system provides smoother operation and reduces felt recoil.
Also includes: one, 30-round Magpul® PMAG® magazine.

GREAT UPGRADE FOR THE PRICE
If you are looking at AR's get the MPR, it is such a great rifle. Look at all the upgrades you get for spending an extra $100.

I own this and the Ruger 556, I did not know about the MPR when I purchased my Ruger 556, for only $100 more for the MPR with all the extra features get the MPR. And it's the MPR for multiple purpose rifle, not called the MRP.

How do I start the return process?
- Log in to your www.impactguns.com account and locate and click on the "Request Return" link.
- An Impact Guns agent will review your request for a return and respond within two business days.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to refund being issued.
- All products need to be in new and original manufacturer condition.
- As an alternate method, you can send an email to sales@impactguns.com. Please be sure to include your original order number and relevant contact information.
When will I get my credit or return?
- Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. Most items that are in stock ship within 3-5 days after receipt of your returned item but may take longer depending on availability.
- Returns must be charged back to the original credit card used in the purchase. If this is not possible, we will refund you via check.
What about damaged/incorrect items?
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Impact Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Impact Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return.
What about return shipping costs?
- If an Impact Guns error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
