The Raptor II is a full size 1911 with a 5-inch match grade stainless steel barrel, chamber and barrel bushing. The steel slide and frame carry a high-polish finish on the flats with matte over the curves. Fixed three dot (green) Meprolight night sights, ambidextrous thumb safety and Premium Aluminum Trigger are included. The unique look of the Raptor is created by machining both front and rear slide serration areas and front strap in a deep lizard-scale pattern. The slide is profiled with a flat top and then back cut with a single feathered row of large scales that prevent unwanted reflection. Unique zebra wood logo grips are fully finished with a deep, scaled pattern, complimenting the look and theme.

stainless steel used Raptor II
I traded 2 guns for a used SS model and love it. It shoots great, very little recoil and no jams so far with 2 different kinds of cheap ammo through it. The front part of the grip might be a little rough to shoot a hundred rounds through but time will tell.

Wow...just wow
This gun shoots better than I do. This is my first 1911, and I love it. It is worth every penny. Just keep it clean, and feed it and love it, and it will keep you safe and secure.
