This Hoppe's knob end is a conversion adapter that threads onto a standard cleaning rod to hold a cloth patch for cleaning .22 caliber rifle bores. The rounded, bore-safe jag centers the patch in the bore for even solvent and lubricant distribution without scratching the rifling, and its standard threading fits most universal cleaning rods.
