The Dual-Tube System: How 14 Rounds Works

The UTS-15’s twin magazine tubes run parallel above the barrel, each holding 7 rounds of 2¾” shells. A selector switch on top of the receiver allows the shooter to choose which tube feeds — left tube only, right tube only, or alternating between tubes for the full 14-round sequential feed. The alternating mode draws one shell from the left tube, then one from the right, continuing until both are empty. This architecture solves the fundamental capacity limitation of single-tube pump shotguns without extending overall length, using the bullpup layout’s rearward weight distribution to keep the twin tubes compact and manageable.
