The 1/2-28 thread is the American standard for 9mm pistol suppressors and fits the majority of threaded 9mm barrels sold in the U.S. market. The M13.5x1.0 LH (left-hand thread) configuration covers HK platforms including the MP5 family, UMP, and other HK pistols with their distinctive metric left-hand thread.
