Unreliable Function - Poor Customer Service

Cylinder jams and locks up repeatedly after first six rounds (after a cleaning). First six rounds fire smooth, second/third/fourth cylinder loading, cylinder locks and jams on two/three (of six) rounds w/trigger pull and will not rotate -- must force cylinder open, re-close, and then retry firing; not acceptable for a self-defense firearm (or any revolver). Fiocchi, Federal, Hornady, makes no difference in performance. Sent in for repair, received back w/note "nothing wrong." Will not touch another Taurus. Sticking with Colt, SW, Ruger any day of the week.
