Works great with ACOGs
While in Iraq we had these for use with our M16A4 and they worked just as intended. Using a small amount of loctite would help with making sure the carry handle screw does not come loose but even without it we didn't have a problem. They maintain zero (when properly tightened) and can take abuse of getting knocked around in and out of vehicles. I liked it because we could use the ACOGs we had for M16A2 carry handles on our M16A4s with flat tops.
