Excalibur Micro Suppressor CRT

Compact Size and 370 FPS Speed

Excalibur places the Suppressor CRT in its Micro Series, and it measures 31.7 inches overall. Excalibur lists 6.2 pounds with no accessories and 8.7 pounds with everything included installed. That compact build suits tight treestands and cramped blinds.

The crossbow is rated at 370 FPS. Excalibur uses High Output limbs built from 100 percent continuous fiber, which it says deliver consistent speeds shot after shot.

Sound Deadening System+ and R.E.D.S. Suppressors

Excalibur describes Sound Deadening System+ as a four-component dampening system that works together to reduce vibration and noise when you shoot. It features LimbSaver SlipLox. Excalibur says less movement and residual energy at the shot help prevent spooked game.

The package also includes R.E.D.S. suppressors. Excalibur says they can be positioned to reduce shock, vibration, and noise. See the Excalibur brand page for how other models in the lineup handle noise.

Full-Length Scope Mount and Tact Hunter Scope

The Suppressor CRT uses a full-length scope rail with front and rear support. Excalibur says it expands your optic choices and gives a secure, repeatable mounting platform. A Tact Hunter scope is included in the package.

The rail also lets you customize your setup for how and where you hunt. Browse all crossbows to compare other models.

Rope Cocking Aid and 180 Pound Draw Effort

This crossbow is cocked with a rope aid, and Excalibur lists its draw effort at 180 pounds.

CeaseFire anti-dry-fire technology keeps the crossbow from firing unless an arrow is loaded, the safety is off, and the trigger is pulled. It works with Excalibur’s Rhino nock, which gives an audible click when the arrow is loaded.

What Comes in the Excalibur Micro Suppressor CRT Package

Excalibur lists the following with the Suppressor CRT: Sound Deadening System+, Tact Hunter scope, R.E.D.S. suppressors, a Rebolt quiver, four ProFlight 16.5-inch arrows, four 100-grain field points, and the rope cocking aid. Excalibur shows it in Mossy Oak Break-Up Country.

Replacement and extra arrows should match the 16.5-inch length of the included ProFlight arrows. Impact Guns lists Excalibur Micro arrows and a Micro string in the Arrows & Bolts and Archery Accessories selections. Confirm fit on each product page.

How the Suppressor CRT Compares With the Hybrid X

The Excalibur Hybrid X is rated at 435 FPS and 29.6 inches, with an integrated crank and 14 pounds of draw effort. The CRT trades some speed for a lighter 6.2-pound bare weight and uses a rope aid instead of a crank.

Choose the Hybrid X for a shorter, faster crossbow with a built-in crank. Choose the CRT for a lighter crossbow with Sound Deadening System+. Excalibur’s other models are on our Excalibur crossbows page.
