The Cross Armory AR Fixed Mag is a permanent magazine-locking device for Mil-Spec AR-15/AR-10 rifles, designed for shooters in magazine-restricted states (California, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) who need a compliant fixed-magazine configuration. Once installed, the magazine cannot be removed without drilling out the locking plug.
