The CRKT Provoke X brings Kinematic morphing technology to a pocket axe. The titanium nitride-coated SUJ2 steel blade and spike are held open by a Deadbolt lock and slide into recessed positions in the handle when closed. Closing the axe automatically sets the safety, which releases in either hand from either side of the handle.
