The Anderson AR15-A3 Stripped Upper Receiver is a forged, mil-spec flat-top upper for building out an AR-15 with the sight/optic mounting rail of your choice. It's a "slick side" design (no forward assist or ejection port cover) but retains a brass deflector, keeping cost down for builders who don't need those features.
