    Perfect wit Galloway Trigger

Posted by Jarhead on Jun 22nd 2017

Had a couple of these now. Keep trading and selling them thinking I'm going to get a better pocket carry. Can't find one so going back to Bodyguard. If you don't like the trigger install the Galloway Short Stroke kit. It's like day and night. I have a Sig P238. Nice, shoots well but still to bulky for shorts. See ya soon Impact.

    One of my favorite pistols

Posted by Tee on Mar 18th 2016

This gun is amazingly small, lightweight, compact and so far it has a perfect record. One can conceal it easily in one's pants pocket. It comes in a day-planner type case. No one would know what is inside perhaps a tablet. I like this almost as much as my 1911 and that is saying a lot.

    Not a bad little carry

Posted by Johnny on Aug 4th 2015

I have now had this gun for about a month. Purchased it online from here and everything went smooth and great transaction. On to the gun. I have not put many rounds through it but so far is has been dependable. It is also fairly accurate for its size. It is light and easy to conceal as well. This is now my everyday carry. But a couple of things I do want to point out that I could say are negative. First, and this is more me than the gun, it bit me about the 4th time I fired it. I am use to larger guns but I wish it had a little more beef at the back of the slide since it is so light. And the only other thing is I wish both mags came with the pinky extension. I can get 2 fingers plus the trigger finger on it fine with the extension but I can not grip it safely enough for my taste with the standard mag. IMO the standard mag is useless on a gun this small. Both of the mags needed to have the extension to make it usable with both. So I technically only have one mag for use and one for looks until I can get another extension.

    Very nice little gun

Posted by HJ on Jul 26th 2015

I live in Florida and finding a carry gun that can be concealed while wearing a t-shirt and shorts is a challenge. I had a KelTec P3AT which was easily concealable and functioned reliably, but it was difficult to shoot well. I traded it in for the Bodyguard. I've put a few hundred rounds through my Bodyguard 380. There have been no malfunctions of any kind. I shoot 3" and under groups at 7 to 10 yards with it. I'd estimate the trigger pull at 7 or so pounds and it is a fairly long pull, but it's smooth and I have no difficulty shooting this gun. The sights are pretty good for a little gun but they are black with no other markings, dots, etc. I'm going to try some Fire Sights, but do not intend to do any other modifications. First rate gun.

    Great gun buying experience

Posted by Chuck on Jul 13th 2015

First time with and a great experience!! Gun ordered 6/29/15 and arrived at FFL 7/3/15! The Bodyguard functions perfectly, as I have tested it, putting nearly 500 rounds through it already. Tight groups at 7 yrds and 10 yrds for a small gun. I will definitely do business with in the future.

Great little pocket pistol, accurate and fun to sh

Posted by Jawbone on Feb 5th 2015

I wanted a pocket size pistol for secondary carry and couldn't be happier with this firearm! Shoots comfortably and surprisingly accurate for such a little fun. I haven't had a single issue with it even after few hundred rounds. I highly recommend the M&P Bodyguard 380 and trust my life with it!

    Update Review

Posted by foothillbill on Oct 27th 2014

Didn't buy mine from Impact Guns.Mine had issues to say the least.Ammo jamming up and click eject, click eject on and on.Finally charged gun one day and slide locked up with hammer back.Called S@W and was told to get shell out before shipping.Emailed me prepaid shipping labels.Went and put in FedX mailbox same day.3 weeks later was deliverd at my door.S@W relaced nearly every gun part on my 380.This is the most accurate 380 I've ever shot.It now goes boom every time. And I am a very satisfied customer.S@W does back it's guns at no charge what so ever.

Posted by foothillbill on Sep 17th 2014

Did not buy mine from Impact.Don't judge the gun at first.Wait and shoot it for week or so.Work the safety few dozen times.Break it in and over time it does what it's supposed to.Least that what mine did.My extended mag did not want to insert fully with 6 shells.Took it apart and hand commpressed sping several times. Now it does easily.
