Henry Small Game Carbine Lever Action Rimfire Rifle, .22 Magnum

As any of you who know the rich history and well established reputation of Henry Repeating Arms can attest to is the fact that some firearms stand the test of time because of the genius of their design and the timelessness of their style. This fine rifle from Henry embodies all of those ideals. I purchased this rifle after many years of consideration. This rifle comes from the factory with a 'Skinner' peep rear sight. This not only improves the quick sight acquisition, but also improves the sight picture. When I first brought this rifle to the range for sighting in, I was immediately impressed with the feel and overall quality of the gun. It felt more expensive than the price I paid. And oh, by the way it shot great out of the box. I was able to shoot sub 2" groups at 50 yards with bulk 40 grain ammo while shooting free-hand and standing in a soggy bottom bog. Wow! The 'Skinner' rear fully adjustable peep sights are a perfect fit and match for this rifle and it's 16" octagonal bull barrel with factory front post sight. Add to this it's fine furniture and craftsmenship and you have an awesome magnum rim-fire package! This is an heirloom piece straight from the factory.
