TNW Firearms
TNW Firearms is an Oregon-based manufacturer producing the Aero Survival Rifle (ASR)—a lightweight semi-automatic takedown carbine in 9mm built around an aluminum receiver that makes it the lightest production 9mm carbine on the market. The ASR was designed for survival, backpacking, and vehicle carry applications where weight is paramount, and it takes down to a compact package without tools. TNW also produces the 1919 Semi-Auto, a civilian semi-automatic version of the Browning M1919 belt-fed machine gun.

The Aero Survival Rifle: Lightest 9mm Carbine in Production
The TNW ASR is engineered around a single priority: minimum weight. The aluminum receiver, polymer furniture, and 16.25” barrel combine to produce a 9mm carbine that weighs significantly less than steel-receiver alternatives like the KRISS Vector or Hi-Point carbine. The takedown design separates the upper and lower receivers without tools, reducing the package to a length that fits in a backpack, storage compartment, or survival kit. Magazine compatibility is a key feature—the ASR accepts Glock 9mm magazines in double-stack configuration, giving buyers access to the widest available aftermarket magazine selection. For buyers who want a 9mm carbine for vehicle carry, backpacking, boat storage, or general survival applications where a full-weight rifle isn’t practical, the ASR fills that role without compromise on reliability.
ASR LTE: The Lightweight Edition
The ASR LTE (Lightweight Edition) refines the original ASR design with further weight reduction and updated ergonomics. The LTE maintains the same Glock magazine compatibility and tool-free takedown of the standard ASR in an even lighter package. Available in black anodized and flat dark earth finishes with 16.25” barrels in 9mm.
TNW 1919 Semi-Auto
The TNW 1919 is a semi-automatic civilian version of the Browning M1919A4 belt-fed machine gun—chambered in .308 Winchester and fed from belts or modified magazines. It is the only commercially available civilian version of this iconic WWII-era firearm and represents TNW’s other specialty: historically significant firearm reproductions for collectors and enthusiasts.
