I bought my Patriot .308 back in March, since I've run about 300 rounds through it, it is dead on accurate, with 2-3" groups at 100 yards. I added a Millet 4x24 scope and a bipod. and I am very please with this rifle.I has a good weight I have the trigger set at 3.5 lbs it is adjustable from about 2 to 7 lbs. Some observations: the bolt, when fully back has too much play, I'd expect a tighter configuration. If the bolt is not firmly operated back, I've had some FTE's. Lastly and more aggravating is the unavailability of extra magazines from Mossberg. they use the same box mags as the 4X4 and ATR, but nobody, especially Mossberg has the short action standard mags.this really is unacceptable not to support the launch of a new rifle.
