The ShapeShift Starter Kit is the foundation of the ShapeShift Modular Holster System and includes everything you need to carry in four distinct ways. In just a few quick steps, quickly transform the ShapeShift into an IWB holster, appendix carry holster, OWB belt slide and OWB paddle holster. The Starter Kit includes a bonus Holster Mount, so you can attach your ShapeShift to a variety of surfaces in seconds. The ShapeShift IWB Holster is comfortable and ultra-concealable. A stainless-steel core gives structural support to the holster, while a soft CoolVent neoprene base maintains essential comfort. The shell of the modular holster attaches to the base with a single mounting point, which eliminates printing and makes the holster bend against the body even better. The ShapeShift Appendix Carry Holster is an upgrade from other appendix carry options because of the single mounting feature that improves concealability and a breathable neoprene back that makes carrying AIWB natural. The holster shell fully covers the trigger guard and includes an optional thumb release.The ShapeShift OWB Paddle Holster is the next evolution of outside the waistband carry. This modular holster can be equipped with adjustable active retention, passive retention or both. An ergonomic thumb release gives you the option to carry using active retention. The Adjustable Retention Unit allows you to customize your passive retention in seconds. To achieve the perfect draw angle, the ShapeShift OWB Paddle Holster is equipped with adjustable 360 degree cant and can be tilted in 12-degree increments. The ShapeShift OWB Slide is made of the same sturdy material as the ShapeShift OWB Paddle. A 1.5" standard belt slide is included. All holsters are made with durable materials and are made in America.

How do I start the return process?

Log in to your www.impactguns.com account and locate and click on the "Request Return" link.
An Impact Guns agent will review your request for a return and respond within two business days.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to refund being issued.
All products need to be in new and original manufacturer condition.
As an alternate method, you can send an email to sales@impactguns.com. Please be sure to include your original order number and relevant contact information.

When will I get my credit or return?

Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. Most items that are in stock ship within 3-5 days after receipt of your returned item but may take longer depending on availability.
Returns must be charged back to the original credit card used in the purchase. If this is not possible, we will refund you via check.

What about damaged/incorrect items?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Impact Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Impact Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return.

What about return shipping costs?

If an Impact Guns error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
