    I picked up this rifle to build a CQB-type home defense carbine. The parts quality, fit and finish are exactly what I expected from Colt. With some Magpul furniture and a Vortex red dot it's exactly what I wanted. It'll last longer than you can at the range, and shoot whatever you can get your hands on. Operates just like my service M4, aside from not going full auto. Accurate, durable and reliable. Excellent platform for a range plinker, home defense or tactical build.
