FN FNX-45 .45 ACP, 4.5" Barrel, Combat Sights, Black, 15rd

This is a battle pistol, plain and simple. 15 + 1 rounds of .45 auto...... enough said. Home/ property defense.... check. Duty gun.... check. Conceal carry.... the right size guy with the right clothing, yeah why not. Again 15+ 1 of .45 auto. What's not to love? You think that wouldn't be enough to defend life, family, liberty, and property? This pistol is a beast. Smaller hands might not love the large grip. Compared to an HK45, or SIG P220 or P227 it's a little bulky and doesn't melt into the hand like the grips on those pistols, but it also holds 5 more rounds of .45 auto, so that really isn't a knock against the pistol at all. I have average hands and have no problem getting a good purchase on the grip. One handed firing is manageable too. Pleased with the trigger. Not the greatest, a little mushy, but the break is sudden on mine. Nice reset too. I manage great groupings out to 20- 25 yards. No stoppages of any kind at all yet through a few hundred rounds, FMJ and hollow points. It's a beautiful pistol for a polymer gun. Fit and finish is excellent on this pistol. For fans of hammer fired guns, for .45 auto fans, this pistol will not disappoint. 5 stars for ImpactGuns too! Best gun store in the U.S. period. Great prices and great communication from the staff.
