This is Anderson Manufacturing's mil-spec ejection port cover retaining pin, the small internal pin that keeps the spring-loaded dust cover hinged and functioning on an AR-15 upper receiver. It's a direct mil-spec replacement part for a worn, lost, or damaged factory pin, sold separately from the cover, spring, and C-clip.
