SAS/22 Takedown Chassis: NRA 2026 Breakout Hit

The Samson SAS/22 Takedown Chassis transforms a Ruger 10/22 Takedown into one of the most compact and configurable rimfire rifles available. The Ruger 10/22 Takedown already breaks down at the receiver for packable transport; the SAS/22 goes further by adding a folding chassis that reduces assembled length dramatically when folded, plus an M-LOK handguard system for modern accessory mounting. The barrel assembly folds alongside the receiver for storage in a pack or case most observers would not identify as a firearm case. Installation and Compatibility

The SAS/22 Chassis is compatible with the standard Ruger 10/22 Takedown. Installation replaces the factory stock and handguard — no gunsmithing required. The chassis accepts Ruger BX-series magazines and all standard 10/22 Takedown barrel assemblies. The M-LOK handguard accepts standard M-LOK accessories including lights, lasers, bipods, and sling mounts. The folding chassis mechanism locks positively in both the folded and deployed positions. After installation, the 10/22 Takedown's factory barrel-locking system continues to function normally for separation and reassembly.
