Purchase-Return Policies

Thanks for shopping with Impact Guns. Here's everything you need to know about pricing, orders, cancellations, and returns. By placing an order you agree to these policies.

Pricing & Orders

We work hard to keep our pricing accurate, but occasionally errors happen. If we catch a pricing mistake on your order:

  • If the correct price is lower, we'll charge you the lower amount and ship your order.
  • If the correct price is higher, we'll contact you before proceeding — or cancel and fully refund your order.

Adding items to your cart does not lock in a price. Prices are only reserved once your order is placed.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible:

  • Phone: 800-917-7137 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm MST)

Please note:

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders being actively packed or in transit from our distributor are subject to a 10% restocking fee if cancelled.
  • Firearm purchases are final once picked up from your FFL dealer.
  • Ammunition purchases are final upon delivery.

Returns

Firearms and ammunition sales are final — these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

For all other items:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Must be in new, unused, original condition with all original packaging.
  • Subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless our fault. We may provide a return label once your return is approved.
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded.

How to Request a Return

  • Log in to your account at impactguns.com and click "Request Return" on your order.
  • Or email sales@impactguns.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • A team member will respond within 2 business days.
