Daniel Defense Rifles & Pistols for Sale — DDM4, Delta 5 & More | Impact Guns

Daniel Defense

Daniel Defense builds some of the most consistently precise AR-platform rifles made in America. Founded in 2002 in Black Creek, Georgia, the company started by making premium free-float handguards and grew into a full rifle manufacturer trusted by special operations units, competitive shooters, and serious hunters alike. Every Daniel Defense firearm is held to tighter tolerances than mil-spec — which is why they carry a lifetime warranty and why shooters who buy one rarely go back to anything else.

The DDM4 Lineup: AR-15s Built Beyond Mil-Spec

The DDM4 is Daniel Defense’s core AR-15 product line, and it’s where the brand made its reputation. Cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrels, proprietary bolt carrier groups, and Daniel Defense’s own free-float M-LOK handguards come standard on every model. The DDM4 V7 is the flagship — a 16” rifle that balances portability and accuracy for most applications. The DDM4 PDW takes the platform to its most compact form, while the DDM4 V11 SLW trims weight without sacrificing rigidity. All are chambered in 5.56 NATO and accept standard STANAG magazines.

Delta 5: Daniel Defense Goes Bolt-Action

The Delta 5 is Daniel Defense’s entry into the precision bolt-action market, and it arrived with serious credentials. A fully adjustable chassis, a DBM system compatible with AICS-pattern magazines, and a match-grade barrel make it competitive with precision rifles costing considerably more. The Delta 5 Pro adds a carbon fiber barrel for significant weight savings. Available in 6.5 Creedmoor, .308 Winchester, and other popular precision calibers, the Delta 5 is purpose-built for hunters and long-range shooters who want the same build quality they’d expect from DD’s AR line.

Daniel Defense Pistols and SBR-Style Platforms

Daniel Defense also produces pistol-configuration AR builds for shooters who want a more compact platform. The DDM4 PDW pistol features a 7” barrel and Daniel Defense’s proprietary collapsing brace system, resulting in one of the most compact 5.56 pistol builds on the market. These are popular for home defense, vehicle carry, and as suppressor hosts given the short gas system. Like all DD products, they’re built with the same cold hammer-forged barrels and tight tolerances as the full-size rifles.

Why Daniel Defense Commands a Premium Price

Daniel Defense rifles cost more than most AR-15s, and the reasons are straightforward. Cold hammer-forging barrels in-house adds significant cost but produces a barrel that outlasts button-rifled alternatives by a wide margin. The proprietary bolt carrier groups are machined to tighter specs than mil-spec. Every rifle is test-fired before it ships. The result is a firearm that runs reliably out of the box with virtually any ammunition, holds sub-MOA accuracy throughout its service life, and carries a transferable lifetime warranty. For shooters who plan to keep a rifle for decades, the math often makes sense.

Compatibility and Accessories

All DDM4 rifles use standard AR-15 lower components, which means aftermarket triggers, grips, and stocks drop right in. Daniel Defense’s M-LOK handguards accept any M-LOK accessory directly. The company also produces its own line of optics mounts, rail sections, and suppressors. If you’re building out a complete precision kit, the DD-branded accessories are machined to the same tolerances as the firearms themselves and integrate seamlessly.
