Features a glass fiber reinforced polymer frame and ergonomically contoured grip. Mil-spec style picatinny rail. Metal trigger has a short tactile reset which decreases the time between follow-up shots. 416 gun grade stainless steel slide is equipped with tactical serrations that increase the surface area between the users hand the slide allowing for an overall better grip when needed. Barrel is made from gun grade chromalloy steel. Flared magazine base.

Great pistol for the money

I purchased DBFS9 about two years ago now. The magazines are very stiff and need to be broken in - don't shoot steel case as well. First few magazines had issues - clean and oil gun before and after first use. Works great - low recoil- awesome grip- pistol looks like a Glock at a fashion show. Sexy design. ... I regret not getting the ghost grey at the time. People knock the first guns produced - mine must have been second generation. Polish the feed lips a little- likes the 124 grain. But will shoot anything. I had a problem in the beginning getting magazines from diamondback - now their mags are cheaper for a four pack I spent- will use beretta mags with simple modification. ... Just love how easy it is to shoot.

Excellent Design and Function

This is a wonderful pistol. It is the coolest, meanest and best design ever. It is really good quality for the price. I am very happy. Seems to be very reliable so far. It has what I think is a great trigger. Only knock is that the magazine is a little stiff. Thank you Diamondback!

Dont buy extra mags! You have them laying around free probably. I bought some for 7$ apiece not 35$ Many people may look away because there is only one mag with the db9fs. they are Wrong they probably have tons in their house or walked right passed them at the LGS This trick will definitely make people think again towards purchasing one.
