Trijicon

Trijicon builds optics to a single standard: reliable performance in the worst conditions, with or without batteries. The ACOG has been the U.S. military’s primary combat optic for decades, illuminated by fiber optics in daylight and tritium at night without a single battery. The RMR is the most durable miniature red dot ever made, trusted by special operations forces and law enforcement agencies worldwide. Impact Guns carries the full Trijicon lineup including the ACOG, RMR, MRO, Accupoint, and Credo series for shooters who demand optics that never fail.

ACOG—The Combat Standard

The Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight has been in U.S. military service since the 1980s and is still the standard optic for many units. The ACOG uses a combination of fiber optic collection (for bright conditions) and tritium illumination (for darkness) to provide a constantly illuminated reticle with zero batteries required. The 4x32 TA31 is the most common military configuration; civilian versions are available in multiple magnification and reticle options. The ACOG is fixed-power, which some shooters find limiting compared to LPVOs, but its absolute reliability, compact size, and daylight-to-darkness illumination without batteries make it unique in the optics market.

RMR—The Benchmark Pistol Red Dot

The Ruggedized Miniature Reflex (RMR) is the most tested and trusted pistol red dot available. Its housing is machined from a single piece of aluminum with no seams or joints that could admit water or flex under recoil. The RMR has been torture-tested to survive the extreme recoil of .50 BMG rifles and the abuse of military service—a standard no competing pistol red dot has matched. Available in 3.25 MOA and 6.5 MOA dot sizes, battery-powered and dual-illuminated (battery + tritium) versions. The RMR Type 2 added an auto-brightness mode and improved battery life. For shooters who want the most reliable pistol red dot regardless of cost, the RMR is the standard.

MRO—Full-Size Red Dot

The Miniature Rifle Optic (MRO) is a full-size red dot designed for carbines and rifles, featuring a large 25mm objective lens for a wide field of view and a 2 MOA dot that works at any magnification level. The MRO’s large objective lens significantly reduces the “tunneling” effect that plagues smaller red dots like the Aimpoint T1 when used with both eyes open. Available in standard and patrol configurations, with and without the Trijicon 3x magnifier companion. The MRO is particularly popular with law enforcement and military units who want the RMR’s reliability standard in a larger, easier-to-use platform on a rifle or carbine.

Accupoint—Battery-Free Hunting Scope

The Accupoint series brings Trijicon’s fiber optic and tritium illumination technology to traditional variable hunting scopes. Available in configurations from 1-4x24 to 5-20x50, Accupoint scopes provide a constantly illuminated reticle with zero batteries across the full magnification range. The illumination brightness adjusts automatically to ambient light conditions via fiber optics, making the scope equally usable at dawn, midday, and dusk without any manual adjustment. For hunters who want guaranteed reticle illumination without worrying about battery failure during a critical moment, the Accupoint is the most practical solution available.

Credo—Precision Hunting and Tactical

The Credo series is Trijicon’s modern battery-powered variable scope line, competing in the mid-to-premium precision hunting and tactical market. Available in 1-8x28 LPVO and 2.5-10x56 hunting configurations, the Credo features Trijicon’s premium optical coatings and illuminated reticles with standard battery power. The 1-8x28 is particularly competitive in the LPVO market, offering Trijicon’s glass quality and warranty at a price point accessible to serious hunters and competitors who want premium optics without ACOG or VCOG pricing. The Credo HX hunting scopes add a specialized hunting reticle optimized for ranging and ballistic compensation.
