Hi-Point's 4595TS 45 ACP carbine has an all-weather, polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer, multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels, and scope base. It has a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, last round lock open feature, and fully adjustable sights (post front, peep rear). The 4595TS carbine has a 17.5" barrel for an OAL of 32". Hi-Point produces affordable, American-made firearms featuring 100% American parts and assembly. Hi-Point carbines are +P rated and accept all factory ammunition.

Excellent piece in spite of occasional disparaging reviews elsewhere. Accurate and low recoil (spring loaded buttstock) to stay on target. Easy mag eject/insert and gobbles any brand ammo and never a jam in at least 500rds so far. Suggest the accessory mag clips for the stock to carry addt'l firepower. A bit heavy but that aids recoil damping. I'd rather have 2 or 3 of these in varying calibers for the price of one .223 AR config.
