Return Policy

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation

• If the order is less than 2 hours old, you can cancel it in your account.  Go to "Orders" and click on "Cancel" next to your order.
• If your order has not yet shipped, you may be able to cancel the order by e-mailing: sales@impactguns.com. Please allow two business days for a response.
• Any order that has already been shipped from Impact Guns or our distributor cannot be cancelled.    

Returns

• All products returned need to be in new, unused, original manufacturer conditions, including packaging.
• You may return a product up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
• All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, up to $50.
• Return freight to Impact Guns is the responsibility of the customer.  Impact Guns may provide you with a shipping label once your return is approved. 
• Initial shipping costs to you are not refunded.
• Log in to your www.impactguns.com account and locate and click on the "Request Return" link.
• An Impact Guns agent will review your request for a return and respond within two business days.
• As an alternate method, you can send an email to sales@impactguns.com. Please be sure to include your original order number and relevant contact information.
• All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to refund being issued.

When will I get my refund?

• Most returns are refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. 
• You will receive a credit to your card for your order, less restocking fee and any return shipping paid for by Impact Guns, if not already charged previously. Other payment methods will receive a check. 
• Returns must be charged back to the original credit card used in the purchase.  If this is not possible, we will refund you via check.

What about damaged/incorrect items?

• If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Impact Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Impact Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return at no cost to you.

What about return shipping costs?

• In the case of an error on our part, or if we are replacing a defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
• The customer is responsible for any return shipping cost that is not the fault of Impact Guns, including late delivery. A 10% restocking fee also applies.
• When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
