Return Policy

All firearm and ammunition sales are final, and are not returnable.
Firearm orders cancelled while being fulfilled are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation

  • Contact Us To Request Cancellation. If your order has not yet shipped or been fulfilled, you may be able to cancel the order by e-mailing: sales@impactguns.com. Please allow two business days for a response.  You may also call us during business hours at: 800-917-7137
  • Shipped Orders Cannot Be Cancelled. Any order that has already been shipped from Impact Guns or our distributor cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders Being Fulfilled, 10% Restock.  If your order is in process of being pulled, boxed, and processed for shipment, or is in transit from our distributor to Impact Guns, then a 10% restocking fee will apply.   
  • Firearms Purchases are Final. All firearm purchases are final once the firearm is picked up from your dealer.
  • Ammo Purchases are Final.  All ammunition purchases are final upon delivery. 

Returns

  • Firearms and Ammo Sales Final. All sales of firearms and ammunition are final, and are not returnable.  
  • Other Products Returns. Other products returned within 30 days of purchase must be in new, unused, original manufacturer condition, including packaging.
  • Returned Within 30 Days. Products other than firarms and ammunition may be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • 20% Restocking Fee.  All non-firearm and ammunition returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Customer Paid Return Freight. Return freight to Impact Guns is the responsibility of the customer.  Impact Guns may provide you with a shipping label once your return is approved. 
  • No Shipping Refunds. Initial shipping costs to you are not refunded.
  • Return Request. Log in to your www.impactguns.com account and locate and click on the "Request Return" link.
  • Agent Review. An Impact Guns agent will review your request for a return and respond within two business days.
  • E-mail Request. As an alternate method, you can send an email to sales@impactguns.com. Please be sure to include your original order number and relevant contact information.  You may also call us at: 800-917-7137
  • Inspection and Approval. All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to refund being issued.

When will I get my refund?

  • Refund Timeframe. Most returns are refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. 
  • Credit To Card, Less Restocking. You will receive a credit to your card for your order, less restocking fee and any return shipping paid for by Impact Guns, if not already charged previously. Other payment methods will receive a check. 
  • Original Card. Returns must be charged back to the original credit card used in the purchase.  If this is not possible, we will refund you via check.

What about damaged/incorrect items?

  • Damaged or Incorrect Item Returns. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Impact Guns will either ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item or will refund you. Impact Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return at no cost to you.
  • Returned Within 10 Days of Receipt. Incorrect items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

What about return shipping costs?

  • Return Freight Cost Responsibility. In the case of an error on our part, or if we are replacing a defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee, Late Delivery Not a Cause.  The customer is responsible for any return shipping cost that is not the fault of Impact Guns, including late delivery. A 20% restocking fee also applies.
  • Tracking and Insurance. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
