Update on Situation: Tuesday, January 12, 2021

Given the extreme volatility that we are seeing in our society at this time, our company continues to be inundated with orders, requests for status, and with questions regarding the availability of product.

Please understand that we are trying to focus on customers that have placed orders and we cannot currently answer all of the phone calls, emails, and chat requests for product information or requests for when product will be available.  We apologize for this, but we can only hire and train people so fast.  We have new employees on staff, and we are slowly catching up in some areas, so please be patient.  

We are very happy to take your order, but we just want you to know that deliveries are being extended, orders occasionally cancelled, and response times are slow.  The entire supply chain is out of product, and immediately swamped when they do get product.  Occasionally product runs out as the order is being placed, leading to either a back-order or cancellation.

We are greatly appreciative of you and we thank you for your business.  We are doing everything we can right now to keep up, so please be patient.
