Update #5, Monday March 23: Verify your dealer is open. Stores open. Order online, pickup in store. Classes cancelled.

Most Important: Call your dealer before placing a gun order to insure they are open. When you purchase a gun from Impact Guns it must be delivered to a local dealer as a "transfer" for you. You select the dealer at checkout. If you order a gun that cannot be delivered, we will have to charge you for the freight costs to retrieve the gun from your dealer.

Stores: All of our stores and ranges are still open, but there are wait times, especially when purchasing a firearm. We are limiting the number of customers in the store, so you may have to wait in a line.

In-store Pickup:  Many items now show you the quantity available at that moment in the store.  To save time you can place your order online for these items and pick them up within 1-2 days at the store (Ogden, Salt Lake City, or Boise).  We charge your card before pickup, and this may speed up checkout.  You will still need to wait for background checks.  Remember, you can order anything in stock that is not at a store and it will arrive within 5-7 business days at the store for pickup.

Classes: All classes, including Concealed Carry classes, are cancelled until further notice.

Ammo: We are receiving some pallets of ammo, so check back. Very limited supplies. Costs are going up dramatically as supplies dwindle.

Order Lead-times: Our suppliers are falling behind. Orders may be slow in arriving due to huge volume increase. Some orders may be cancelled due to product moving rapidly or local dealers not being able to accept transfers. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Freight: Our minimum freight charges have had to go up due to the large amount of ammo orders.

Phones: Still turned off due to the massive influx of orders that need to be processed.

Email: 2-3 day wait times in some cases to reply to emails. We apologize for the delay.
