Update #4, Friday, March 20: IMPORTANT- Some local dealers are closing

Posted by Thomas on Mar 20th 2020

Call your dealer before placing a gun order to insure they are open. When you purchase a gun from Impact Guns it must be delivered to a local dealer as a "transfer" for you. You select the dealer at checkout. Please be aware:

You should call your dealer before placing your order to insure that they can receive your transfer. If we cannot deliver your gun you will be responsible for return freight costs.

If you order a gun that cannot be delivered, we will have to charge you for the freight costs to retrieve the gun from your dealer.

Ammo:  Very limited supplies.  Costs are going up dramatically as supplies dwindle.

Order Lead-times: Orders may be slow in arriving due to huge volume increase.  Some orders may be cancelled due to product moving rapidly or local dealers not being able to accept transfers.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Freight:  Our minimum freight charges have had to go up due to the large amount of ammo orders.

Stores:  All of our stores and ranges are still open, but there are wait times, especially when purchasing a firearm.

Phones:  Still turned off due to the massive influx of orders that need to be processed.

Email:  2-3 day wait times in some cases to reply to emails.  We apologize for the delay.
