Update #14, Wednesday, May 6, 2020: Still Behind on Orders, Some Ammo Availability

Hey everyone, we hope that you are doing well and staying healthy. Just a quick update on how things are going. We are still behind on orders, in some cases 3 weeks behind. We have never been this far behind before, and we are doing everything possible to get on top of everything, but it makes it very difficult when your suppliers are also that far behind. We made the decision early on to keep the stores open as long as possible, and to try and get orders out as quickly as possible, but the avalanche that hit us was unexpected. We ARE catching up, but we will need another month for suppliers to catch up as well (we are hoping)!

Ammo: We have gotten in some large shipments of ammo, but we have been blowing through it fairly quickly- especially handgun calibers and self-defense ammo.

Phones: Phones are back on for now.  There may be lead-times on the phone lines.  It would be helpful right now if you didn't call unless you have a problem with an order-- email is preferred for status updates and general questions/

Store Orders: Our in-store pickup systems are new, and we are still working out some bugs with getting your product to the stores and into your hands.  Please be patient.  In some cases, the store employees won't have visibility into where your order is.  We are working on this.

Email Response:  Currently email response times are 2-3 days.  We are trying to hire more people, but to get qualified and trained employees up and running does take time.  Sorry about the delays.
