Update #11, April 10 2020: Orders Slowing But Suppliers Still Behind

Peace and happiness on this Good Friday!

An update on the current situation: orders have been slowing down- which is good- but suppliers are still 2-3 weeks behind schedule. Some suppliers have shut down completely for a few weeks. Ammo and other items are generally coming back into stock slowly, but there is still a huge backlog of orders that we are trying to get processed. Right now the big hold up is getting the product to us from upstream: manufacturers and distributors are still very behind.

If you place an order today, please expect a lead-time of 2-3 weeks, even for product that is in stock.

Phones: still off for the time being.  Please email us at orders@impactguns.com with order questions and we will try to get back to you within 2-3 business days.  We are still overwhelmed with status updates, so it would be helpful at this point to just email us if you need something specific, such as cancelling an order, updating us on an FFL closure, or getting us your FFL, etc.  We appreciate it and we apologize for delays.

Stores:  all stores are open, Mon - Sat.  Social distancing and max customers in stores still applies. 

There is no in-store handling of firearms.  We are sorry about this, but customers may no longer handle the firearms.

Ranges:  closed until further notice.

Ammo:  some ammo is coming in.  Popular calibers are still out of stock, but there is still plenty of alternative ammo available.
