Update #10, Friday April 3, 2020: All Stores and Online Ordering Open, With Restrictions- PLEASE READ

As the pandemic continues to worsen in the U.S., we are implementing the following procedures as of today, Friday, April 3, 2020:
Retail Stores:
- Limited handling of firearms by customers. This could be a spread point for the virus.
- Ranges are open. (As of 4-13-20)
- No customers allowed with coughing, fever, or sneezing. Please consider wearing a mask.
- Limited customers in the store. We can only allow up to 10 customers in the store at a time. There may be lines outside. Please maintain social distancing in line.
- You may be asked to return at a later date/time. When buying a firearm, you may be asked to leave the store and return at a later time to pickup up your firearm.
- Please wash hands on entry. Please immediately wash your hands upon entry to the store.
- Please maintain social distancing from employees and other customers. We have tape on the floor to show you where to stand when in a line. Please don't lean on glass counters.
- Phones are down. See below related to phones.
- Pickup Orders. If you ordered online for in-store pickup, it may take us 3-4 days to process your order. We will contact you when it is ready. Sorry for the delay.
Internet Ordering:
- No phone lines temporarily. We attempted to answer the phones briefly this week and were immediately overwhelmed with calls. We apologize but we cannot function, process orders, and answer the phones. We will respond to your e-mails as fast as possible and we are attempting to hire as quickly as possible to help resolve the situation, but honestly people are afraid to work right now so it is becoming increasingly difficult to find qualified help.
- Dealers are closing. Please make sure before ordering a gun online that your dealer will be open for the next 2-3 weeks to receive it. If your dealer closes, it may take us 2-3 weeks to get the gun back, received, processed, and back out to your new dealer or a credit to your account issued.
- Some suppliers are temporarily closing. We have some suppliers shutting down, which is making things more difficult to get product to you. We apologize for the situation. Your order may be cancelled, but we are exhausting all possible alternatives before this happens.
- Lead-times are running 2-3 weeks (even for items that may have been ordered when they were 2-3 days). We hate to be late, but there is nothing more we can do to get orders out the door.
- Emails response times are 2-4 business days. Email systems and operators are overloaded and trying to get through the hundreds of emails per day. Please only email us if you have a problem with your order. Every request for status takes research to find out why it is delayed, and many times we don't have an answer on when the product will go out because we don't know.
Ammo Availability:
Some ammo is becoming available here and there, please just keep checking back. The big problem now is getting the product, receiving it, and processing it. We are really trying hard to keep prices down as well, but costs to us are going up from suppliers and manufacturers.
