Tuesday, September 29th Update: Email response times and Shipping Delays, Yet Another Update

We can at times sound like a broken record with these updates, but we are trying to stay in touch with everyone on current circumstances and response times. Over-communication is better than not enough. Email responses could take 3-5 days or longer right now. We have thousands of emails in queue at the moment. We have more than doubled the number of employees responding to emails in the past 4 months, and it is just not enough.

Part of our problem is that we have product available that cannot be found elsewhere right now- which leads to a lot of orders and requests for status on existing orders.

We hate to say this, but PLEASE do not email us unless absolutely necessary.

In a normal situation we are happy to provide advice, give ideas to people, and help them in any way that we can, but right now we will not be responding to these types of emails.  We hope that you understand. 

Again, we are very unhappy at our response times at the moment and are doing everything in our power to get caught up, but the response has been overwhelming.
