The FN 509 Tactical - Just Out- And It's Fabulous

While the Sig P320 was chosen for the US Military 2018 contract - the FN 509 Tactical was actually a close runner up and for good reason. It has all the features the modern warfighter needs, and it has the name of FN to back it up. For whatever reasons- the FN was not chosen - but we as collectors and shooters have the opportunity to own them as of July 19, 2018.

(Note: the other major submission to the US Military for the Modular Handgun System (MHS) pistol was the Beretta APX- also available to the general public in the USA.)

The major upgrades for the FN 509 Tactical: the ability to accept an optic without machining and the Standard Higher Capacity magazines (14 and 17 round). A threaded barrel for a suppressor is also standard equipment for the 509T.

We always love anything FN around here- the 509T is already on our must have lists for 2018!
