Quick Update Regarding Online Orders

As you all know we're extremely inundated right now, and we're doing our best to get each and every order shipped out to you as fast as we can. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to push through this busy time.

If you have any questions regarding an online order please call our internet sales phone number. Please be patient as the call wait times can be upwards of 30 mins or longer.

To help our team assist each and every customer easier please provide us with as much detail as you can.

See some of the examples below:

1. If you've placed an online order please be diligent about checking your emails. We send email reminders for FFL updates, payment reminders, verifications and more. This will let you know that we need more information for the order to be processed.

2. Know your order number and provide it to our representatives if you have any questions or need to update/make changes.

3. Try and provide the SKU/UPC of the item you're looking for so we can check availability.

5. If you check our inventory please be aware that SLC and Boise are for retail customers only. We do not use their inventory for online orders.
