Hornady Announces New 300 PRC Cartridge

The new 300 PRC from Hornady is a heavy-hitting, magnum, .30 caliber round designed from the ground up to be match-accurate. It is based on the 375 Ruger case, necked down to a .30 caliber. The 300 PRC uses a standard .532" magnum bolt face and headspaces off of the 30 degree shoulder, resulting in better chamber alignment than standard belted magnum cartridges and allows for improved stacking and feeding from fixed magazines. The Hornady 300 PRC is designed to deliver the highest levels of accuracy and aerodynamic performance.
