Continued Extremely High Demand Causing Delays in Communication and Order Processing Lead-times

We are still experiencing an extremely high level of demand due to recent events. People are concerned about their safety and as a result are ensuring that they have the tools to protect themselves and their loved ones. We have always made an effort to help every customer by providing personal support before, during, and after their purchase, but our systems and employees are extremely overloaded at the moment and this isn't happening like it should.

Our phone lead-times have gotten very long and email response times are 3-5 days at times. We realize that this is unacceptable, but we don't have a lot of alternatives available to us.  We are trying to find people to hire, but it has gotten extremely difficult to find qualified employees in this current environment.

Our orders are over 300% of where they were just a few weeks ago, and this increased rate has yet to slow down. We apologize for longer response times, but we are doing our best to get to every email that comes in as quickly as possible.

Please be aware of this before placing an order-- there may be product and communication delays. We appreciate your patience and we are working hard to get through this.
