Business Update November 19, 2020

Since the election results, demand for guns and ammo has been extremely high.  All stores are open, warehouses are open and shipping, and product is coming in-- just slower than normal.  Ammo is extremely scarce and our costs have doubled in some cases from just a few months ago.  We have hired many new people across the organization, and have improved systems to meet demand; however, lead-times and response times are still much longer than normal.

If you have sent us an FFL for your order via email at ffl@impactguns.com it may take us 5-7 days to get it applied to your order and get it processed.  We apologize for the delays but our customer service is overloaded due to demand. 

Hang in there, everyone.  If you have placed an order please be patient-- we are doing everything in our power to get orders out as soon as possible.  Thank you so much for your business and understanding, we really do appreciate it during these unprecedented times.

For the people giving us one star reviews for asking you to wear a mask in our stores:  we have to follow the law and regulations in our area.  As soon as we are able to do so, we will lift the government mandated mask requirement.
