(5.56 NATO/.223 Remington) Five dimensionally correct, solid, dummy rounds made from glass-reinforced polymer. Used for test feeding of magazines or other training, these can be cycled and ejected using rifle action.

Not bad but...

These dummy rounds by Magpul do just fine with the immediate action drill, I think that is what they are meant for. I just wish that they worked better for practicing double feed drills. After forcing double feeds for 15 minutes I found the tips of the dummy rounds started to get small chunks taken out of them by my gun. However, the damage to the dummy rounds caused no immediate issues in practicing double feed drills.
