It took a long time to get me one! After about a week of break in, I sent it back for evaluation and repair. Why? Well, let me tell you. In fact, I shall lay it out as I did in my letter to the repair department:
1) When shooting this revolver with 40 grain CCI rounds of various types, the cylinder seized up with regularity. The extracted cartridges showed high pressure signs, in my humble opinion.
2) When extraction was attempted, the entire cylinder popped up rather than only the star.
3) Despite numerous attempts, I was unable to position the hammer blade into the hammer safety slots as directed in the instructions.
Could all this be my own fault? I will accept full responsibility if shown why or how.
Don't get me wrong, the revolver is beautiful! It is another work of art by NAA. Still, what the heck is going on?
Impact Guns customer service was sterling! I enjoyed working with them. Which is more than I could say about my experience with this expensive revolver. I have not yet heard back from NAA customer service. Stand by and I will let you know the outcome if the site allows it.
